We do our best to keep this site usable for everyone.
We aim for everyone to be able to use this site, with or without assistive technology. We do that of our own accord, as a sincere effort. This page says what is already in place, where it can still be better, and how to tell us when you get stuck.
What is already here
A few things are built in on purpose, not as an afterthought:
- The site is built to be fully keyboard-operable, with a visible focus.
- A 'skip to content' link at the top lets you skip past the navigation.
- The pages have a heading structure, so a screen reader can move through them.
- Severity is not read from colour alone: every finding has an icon and a word, not just red or amber.
- The report is written in plain language, readable without technical knowledge.
- The site deliberately uses a light theme with enough contrast.
Where it can still be better
We have not had the site formally audited against the WCAG guidelines, so we do not promise full conformance. And, ironic as it is for a checking tool: we have no automated check that measures our own accessibility. We fix what we come across, and your report helps with that.
